"Area is very noisy, the pound smells too!"

This area always gets flooded first from a big rain storm. There's a few factories here that closed because all their machines would get flooded. The #7 train runs through here plus the Express way, making this area very noisy. The apartement complex is state owned housing for the poor and it's not really in safe condition. I personally wouldn't walk to walk through this area at night. There's a few auto machinics around and steel workers and glass shops. This is the starting stop for Flushing, just a few blocks aways are all the supermarkets and restraunts. There's a storage area just next to the bridge for the #7 train which is probably the cheapest area to rent if you want to have a tiny business in the area. At night the street lights are not well lit. so, walking around in this area can be tricky. I wouldn't recommend this area if you have kids that goes to school since they would need to take a pretty long bus ride. This area is mainly for business and not residental.

"Great ethnic markets to shop at!"

This main street is where a lot of people of Flushing do their shopping. This street is part of the downtown Flushing area and there are many Chinese businesses in this area. This is the spot to get some good Chinese food. The Italian bakeries in this neighborhood are also some of the best that Queens has to offer.
