Rogers Park has a little of everything... You'll find the basic grocery stores, like Dominicks on Howard just off the end of the Red Line, and you will be able to enjoy plenty of ethnic markets for fruit, veggies, meats, and other specialty items. You're close enough to the train or main roadways to drive to Whole Foods in Evanston if you prefer, but Rogers Park has plenty of grocery options that are convenient.
