Should any parts of Rogers Park in Chicago be avoided more than others?

I don't know if Howard St. is the specific area where problems begin, but for the most part Rogers Park is pretty safe. It's fairly far North of the heart of the city, but nice otherwise.

Most of Rogers Park is pretty safe. I would recommend staying away from areas north of Howard St. - these area has seen an increase of drug activity.
