Rogers Park, Chicago crime - do the locals think there is alot of crime in the neighborhood?

Overall I think Rogers Park is pretty safe. It's a bit of a ways North of the heart of the city, but I generally don't feel unsafe here. That said, there's just enough crime that I wouldn't rank it in my top neighborhoods.

Certain parts of Rogers Park are very safe, residential areas, but there are isolated areas that made me feel a little unsafe. Most of the neighborhood is just fine, but there are certain parts that you would want to avoid.
