"mature homes with teensy little yards"
Talk about a concrete jungle! The yards are so tiny in this residential part of Stockton that I wondered if you could actually lean out the window and touch the neighbor's house. Very little privacy, and very loud from the freeway being so close by. People literally live right on top of eachother here. The homes are a bit older, and a bit shabby in comparison to other parts of the city.
