"great place for college students to live"

This neighborhood is teriffic for single college kids. There are a lot of homes for rent in this area, and it is not as typically quiet as other parts of Stockton since Univeristy of the Pacific is literally a stone's throw from here. A great, happening residential part ot Stockton for fun singles looking for a party any night of the week.
