Do You Live In Modesto?

I was wondering if anyone lived in Modesto. I am considering moving in t he next year or so (I need a bigger place we want to have another child) and I was wondering if you happen to know of a street or area that was quiet and slow. If you don't think your street is appropriate do you know of a friends or family member’s area that might be nice? I would like to rent a 2-4 bedroom house with a nice fenced (preferably) in back yard.
