Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines

This street is located near Pines and University intersection. This street has access to the turnpike and to interstate 95. This street is mostly commercial, however there are some small areas of residential in the area. This street is usually busy during the rush hour since there are more lights in this area which causes the traffic to slow down. There is a major shopping center and a hospital that is located close by on this street.

Pines blvd is a intersection of Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, FL. This street has access from State road 441 to the sawgrass mills exit expressway. This street also have a turnpike exit. Pines Blvd is a combination of residential and commercial buildings. Pines Blvd has some traffic issues during some rush hours however, it is a great street if you are looking for a back road through the Hollywood, FL.

Pines Blvd is a very well kept street. The houses are all very cookie cutter, considering they have mandatory laws in which you have to keep your house at a certain standard or you can be fined. The Pembroke Pines Mall is also located on this street as well as many restaurants. The 24 hour fitness is also located on Pines Blvd. Very nice area where you can definitely find something to entertain you.

Pines Blvd. is a LARGE street in Pembroke Pines (located in Ft.Lauderale, FL). It connects to I75. There are many neighborhoods, schools, strip malls, and government offices off this road. You could simply take a drive down Pines Blvd. and pretty much meet any needs you are looking for. There are tons of large stores such as your typical Circuit City, Target, Petsmart, Kmart, Barnes & Nobles, Mens Wearhouse, Toys R Us, Babies R Us, etc. shopping spots. There is also a great mall on this road too Pretty much any chain restaurant is off this road as well! Also, a large park (C.B. Smith) is here too- many concerts and events take place here and parking gets bad so its nice to be able to walk! There is also a retirement community here too. EXCELLENT for familys. Crime is not nearly as high around here as it is in other spots of Ft. Lauderdale but I would be careful at night as always.
