"One of the nicest neighborhoods in PDX"

I lived here for about six months. It's a great place. I rented a room from a friend who lived VERY close to forest park. No matter where you are on Savier you can walk to NW 23rd, NW 21st or be in Forest Park in a matter of 15 minutes. Unless you're super wealthy forget buying a house here.
