"Dirty and narrow"
The part of this street that runs through Los Angeles is dirty, narrow and congested with traffic. You'll hit a few stores and eateries along the way, but I recommend staying clear of this street if you can avoid it. Although if you're going through the Koreatown area and want to avoid the major streets like Western and Vermont, but need to travel north or south, this is a good street to use because it has traffic signals as opposed to stop signs at every block.

"Kind of lame"
This street isn't a horrible street it's really calm and I haven't had any issues on it. I take the bus up to Gardena on it and it has a bunch of Grocery stores and you can hit some of the Asian markets near by, but over all this is not where you come for fun. I suggest if you want to take a ride without all the traffic follow Normandi for awhile otherwise just take the highway and maybe save some time.
