"Waiting to move"
The street's improved since we moved in four months ago--there's less bulk-item trash on the sidewalk and grafitti happens less frequently. I guess realtors call this area up and coming because of the relatively low rent and close approximation to west hollywood, but I'm waiting for my one year lease to be over so we can move :)
