Hi Advisor!!

I would have to say New York City. Its such a buzz with activity and great for business.

I'm sure if you asked people with large families they may say elsewhere, but I think New York City would suit my current lifestyle.

Next in line would have to Chicago, I love it there. Has a very friendly feel, and is such a clean city.

San Francisco has rapidly dropped off my "best place to live" list. The last few times I have been i felt like it should be a cleaner city. San Francisco has too many faces to it...the beautiful side, and the ugly side. Not my cup of tea, but then again it is a great city to do business in, and everyone is super friendly, especially to aussies :)

What about you?

Aloha AJ ~

In today’s economy I would love to live in or near a metropolitan area that is surrounded by all the necessary conveniences for every day living… I love tropical settings…and if it wasn’t for the annual hurricanes in “hurricane alley” I would choose Florida.

I lived there before, and I found the people were great, friendly and very sociable… Like every place, you have your good and bad experiences…

Living now on the eastern shore of Delmarva, this is a very rural location and is very family orientated and folks like to keep to themselves… Because I have retired early, I would consider relocating to ANY city or state the offers a good variety of services. While living near Clearwater, FL, I discovered that this area was a place for both the old & young alike… That was a good zip code for SF looking to meet others.

Depending on your job situation and as a young family, the pay scale is not too good in certain areas… One needs to be located near a Larger Cities to earn a better income.

Texas would be another consideration once I find out what others are saying about their experiences in their reviews of that state… Basically, my decision would be based on what my spending plan permits… From what’s been reported in the news about that housing situation, I believe most people are not making informed decisions about the home buying process…
