New York City missed inspecting 1 of every 5 restaurants

So, one time, as a young couple, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves a little and went out to a French place in mid-Manhattan. It was the kind of snooty place that was a bit over the budget of a couple of students, but you know, we felt it was worth it to indulge a little. Anyway, my boyfriend found a cockroach in his entree. An big, unmistakeably whole cockroach cooked right into the sauce. Yes, folks, be very afraid.

Yuccckie Uraniumfish... hope they compensated you by not charging you at all and giving you a nice bottle of French wine too...do tell...

We got the meal on the house, but when they offered complimentary dessert we said no thanks and went away.
