"Great access earns high grades"

This was a nice pleasant suburban street with nice looking houses on either side of it. The neighborhood was pleasant and I enjoyed the walk down this street a lot. However this is not what earned this street such high marks. The street earns high marks because of location. Mission Drive is in a great location given how close it is to Central Park. Now of course this is no NYC central park but it is quite nice nonetheless, and much worth visiting.
