"Great Place to Live or Visit"
This is a great place to either live or just go and visit. Filled with beautiful water front or water view homes, this street also offers a variety of restaurants as well as a beautiful marina. When I go to Mansion Avenue I feel as though I am in a quaint New England fishing town. It is also located right near Great Kills Park. This street is truly an escape.

"nice area for surf and turf and boats"
i love this block, right across from the great kills marina. this block is filled with water view homes, and plenty of seafood restaurants. my personal fav. the marina cafe. its a small enclave just below hylan blvd. the side streets are full of residential homes, townhouses, and ranches.but its a nice feel to wake up and smell the ocean from your balcony.
