From 57 Kenwood to 49 and all the way East.

As many of the residents in Hyde Park are there for the University of Chicago, there's some very expensive real estate right near the school, so anything near Woodlawn Avenue is going to be pricey.

Some of the more expensive streets in Hyde Park are: S. Kenwood Ave., S. Kimbark Ave., S. University Ave., and S. Greenwood Ave..
