"Hilly street makes for low visibilty, but overall nice vibe"
Hart Lane's hills (and those in the neighborhood) can sometimes make visibility while driving a bit difficult. Otherwise, it's a pretty peaceful street. There's mostly apartment complexes and not much else, but the Gatti's Pizza on Hart & Far West is always good for a bite, and the Comet dry cleaners offer great service at good prices.

"Great Neighborhood if a little busy"
Hart Lane is located just east of the Chimney Corners neighborhood in a hilly, picturesque part of town. The upper part of the street is mainly apartment complexes, but it opens up onto a very quiet neighborhood once you're off the main drag. The UT shuttles and several city buses have stops within easy walking distances.
Just down the block on Far West proper is a shopping center with several great restaurants and shops - plus there is the best HEB (grocery) in town within walking distance.
Also in the neighboorhood is the Dell Jewish Community Center, which contributes to the traffic but also contributes a school, daycare and fitness center to the area - membership required but it is worth the amount.
