"Convenient location for commuters."

Grand Avenue in Santa Rosa, California is located next to Highway 12. This street is a great location for commuters. Affordable smaller homes line the street with well maintained yards and overgrown trees. Just minutes from the wonderful restaurants of the old downtown Santa Rosa. Good schools and a wonderful community nearby.
