"Quaint older neighborhood with wonderful neighbors."

Rutledge Avenue in Santa Rosa, California runs from Highway 12 and past Milton Avenue. This neighborhood is convenient for commuters because it is close to both Highway 12 and Highway 101. Just a short walk to Martin Luther King Jr. Park and the Fairgrounds Golf Course. The Santa Rosa Marketplace and historic downtown are nearby. Small homes line this well maintained street.
