"On Girard Street"

Girard Avenue is extremely convenient. Though in this neighborhood, many people do have cars, which is more convenient if you have a family. But if you’re single, there’s no reason you can’t go green! This is a nice neighborhood, and seems like a wonderful place to live. I was quite impressed. Don't forget to visit the nearby Manhattan Beach Park for a nice summer getaway!
