"Great Street for a Date"

As other might remark, Emmons Avenue on Sheepshead Bay has beautiful views and a wonderful feel, with restaurants and shops, and a lively atmosphere. I think that this would be a great spot for a date and a moonlight stroll along the water, with the city as your backdrop and love as your end goal. There was something very classically romantic and classically New York about this street. I think that it is one of the best streets in the neighborhood, and even if you're flying solo, you should make a trip there.

"A Waterfront Gem"

Emmons Avenue, which runs along Sheepshead Bay provides a beautiful waterfront view with something for everybody. With tons of restaurants and lounges along Emmons Avenue you will never find a dull night. Take one of the many boats on Emmons Avenue for an early morning fishing trip or an evening tour of New York City. If your into Russian food try Baku Palace for dinner. There has been a lot of growth here lately and I've noticed a lot of new condominium developments. They aren't cheep but you get what you pay for: a waterfront apartment with the Sheepshead Bay train station close by (although the B4 bus does tend to run when it feels like it and rarely on schedule), and a mix of fine dining, fast food, and lounges right outside your door.

Overall, Emmons is a great place to go on a Saturday night to party or just hang out on the bay, and just as great of a place to live if you like being in the center of South Brooklyn culture.
