Is Garfield Park in Chicago a good place to live for families with kids?

Meh. Kinda. Garfield Park is decent for families with kids, though I wouldn't say it's perfect. On the plus side, the actual park is great for kids, so that is a big positive, but the neighborhood is a bit on the dangerous side, so be cautious.
