"nice affordable neighborhood"

Edgemere Lane is in a nice residential area that was mostly built in the 50s and 60s. The styles of the homes reflect that era, so it is not the most scenic area. It is safe, friendly, and very affordable compared to the rest of the bay area. It is fairly convenient for commuters.
