"Great family neighborhood, no for sale signs on this street."
You will be lucky to find a home available in this neighborhood. You will not see many for sale signs here. Citron Way in Hayward, California is a covet neighborhood because it is so quiet and close to Chabot College and everything else that you could possibly want. The houses are older, ranch style homes and not much to look at but the location will wow you.

Mulberry Street in Hayward, California is in a coveted Chabot College neighborhood. Most of the homes are owner occupied and very quiet. The homes are older but well maintained with nice lawns and full grown trees. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Chabot College, Southland Mall, the Nimitz Freeway and all of life's necessities.
