East Hilton St, Upper Kensington

E Hilton street is located just outside of the downtown area of Philadelphia. This street is close to many major intersections that are located in this area. This area is residential, however many of the homes on this street are very run down and some of the homes look codenamed as there are signs throughout the homes on this street. There are a lot of people walking around on this street as well as many homeless people on this street as well. I would proceed with caution if you are planning a trip to this area at night.
