"C Street Rates a B"
C Street runs through the Feltonville and Olney sections of Philadelphia. I lived a few blocks away and visited C street often.
There are numerous parks lining C street, and row houses. The homes are relatively nice, and the street is quiet. The neighborhood is a typical row house neighborhood, full of working class people.
There is a slight pest (roaches) problem in the area, which varies greatly from block to block. I would not hesitate to move there, but you must be careful who you live next to, as rowhouses are attached, and your neighbors problems become your problems.
