East Church St, Lawsona / Fern Creek

This street has definitely seen better days but is being improved bit by bit. Construction has slowed down in this area, but it is still difficult to get around at times. It is moderately busy, only becoming even somewhat congested during morning and evening Rush Hours. Bars, clubs, and other nightlife are within walking distance and offer a decent array of choices for most tastes. There are numerous parking garages in the area, which are expected to fill up when the movie theater Downtown is finished.

Church Street is the center of nightlife in downtown Orlando. There are several different bars and clubs located on this street. On any given weekend you can find this street booming with young students and adults from the Orlando area. Typically, this street is closed on weekend nights for Valet Parking only but there are several parking garages nearby. This street has several popular bars such as Chillers, Latitudes, and Antigua.

This area of downtown Orlando is seriously hoppin'! There is so much to see and do that you certainly won't be bored!! If you're really want to get your heart pumping, try going in October, when the ghouls and goblins come out to play! Personally, I do not find this area suitable for young children, however teens and adults will have plenty to do and see!

Church Street in Downtown Orlando has long been the center of nightlife in the greater Orlando area. It's the place you go if you want to bar hopping, or clubbing. There are also some nice places to eat as well. Feel like clubbing? Check out Antigua (does a great 80's night) or the Dragon Room. Also here are the Vintage Lounge and Tryst Martini bar. Looking for some good food? Check out Cres' Chophouse. There are countless other small places, and even outdoor food vendors that work the weekend nights (and some weekdays).
