East Broadway St, Waukesha

I think this street has been under construction for about the past 8 months. First, you can't get down it from Hwy 164 because it is closed just before Racine. Then, it is torn up for the next 1/2 mile. You never know how long you are going to get stuck in traffic while the construction is going on and after driving down it a couple of times, you need an alignment!

Now to get it some credit, the homes on Broadway are very well kept older houses with lots of charm. It is apparent that the people who live here take pride in what they have and where they live. Broadway is also fairly accessible by bicycle and Buchner Park (with one of the city pools) is there are well.
