My street is great. I was worried about moving across the country a year ago, site unseen, but I am so glad that I picked this neighborhood! It is close to both the Elementary school as well as the High School for this area. There are a ton of kids in the neighborhood, and they all seem to get along well with each other and even welcome newcomers to the neighborhood. We have Minooka Park and Heyer Park about a block away from the neighborhood and sidewalks throughout. Our neighbors are great. Our first winter here was a bad one and we didn't have much of a snowblower. It was great to see neighbors helping each other out so that we could all get out of the snow! I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone!
