East 40th St, East Flatbush

East 40th Street is filled with small service oriented businesses. Mainly residential, this street and this neighborhood had a lot of great offerings and a nice feel, but it was a little dirty and slightly busy. The street is well connected, with buses and metros running throughout the neighborhood. All in all, I liked this street and think it should be considered on your move to Brooklyn.
