Diaz Ave, Stonestown

Diaz Ave and the surrounding area has both pros and cons. This is a short street in the Parkmerced development. The pros are you are in a somewhat isolated community with little traffic, and have a close proximity to SFSU if you are a student or employee there, and also a close distance from Lake Merced and the surrounding park. Cons are isolation from the rest of SF, and it takes a while to get to the rest of town. The area is also a little run down and noisy from the many students.
