What times of year are the rides at Navy Pier open? Are they open all winter?

I want to say they're only open Spring through Fall, cause there's no way someone's going to ride the Ferris Wheel in the winter. I don't have the exact times, but I've ridden the rides at Navy Pier in the early Spring, and in the late Fall, so you should be good for most of the year.
