"Great for a college student"
I went to San Diego State University about ten years ago and as an upperclassmen, my friends and I bought a small place on Campanile Drive. It is on the same street as the college. It is a bit noisy as are most streets that have college kids on it. It is a nice area and for a college student, you can definitely do much worse.

"A nice street for anyone to live on"
Campanile Drive is a great street for anyone to live on. Houses closer to the El Cajon Blvd intersection are mostly inhabited by college students and this section can get a bit noisy. But, as you move down the street away from El Cajon it gets quieter and calmer. Many families and retired couples live here and they are very friendly.
