"Nice street with attractive homes"

I have a friend who lives on this street and I love visiting him there. His house is very nice and so are most of the homes on this street. His neighbors come over every Sunday to watch sports with him and are always friendly. Its only 1 block from SDSU's newest dorms and 2 blocks from the 8 freeway. There are a few fast food places n the vicinity but nothing really if you are looking for something a little nicer.

"Quiet street close to SDSU"

I lived on this street for a few months and enjoyed it very much. Although it is surrounded by streets that have parties going on all the time, Pontiac remains a calm and quiet street. The neighbors are friendly and would say hi whenever I saw them. The homes on this street are nice as well. Great for if you want a quiet place to study or do work without interruption.

"A decent street to live on"

I lived on this street for about 6 months and there are only two good things i can think of: my neighbors were both elderly couples so it was quiet at night, and I had an amazing view overlooking the La Mesa. Besides those 2 pros the street was mostly cons in my opinion. It is a long street with no outlet besides Montezuma, it is located far enough from SDSU that everyone drives there, and parking is horrible.

"Party street"

Lindo Paseo is located right between a few of SDSU's dorms and Fraternity row. This street is always throwing parties so don't move here if you want a quiet, peaceful place. A few good things though are: less than a minute walk t SDSU campus, police station located just blocks away, Aztec Recreation Center (gym) also just a few blocks away and an aquaplex right around the corner.

"Both good and bad"

Great location for if you want a short walk to both Pacific Beach's bars or the beach. There are also a number of clothing stores just a few blocks away. One of the bad things about this street though is that parties happen very often and you will hear people screaming and yelling on their way home from the bars, especially around closing time.

"Stay away from this street"

My girlfriend lived on this street and it was horrible. There is a hookah lounge right around the corner so lots of people park on the street leaving no spaces for you. People on the street are extremely noisy at all hours of the night and rude when asked to keep it down a little. A few benefits though: subway, quiznos, ralphs, blockbuster, little ceasars cold stones and a few other stores are located just a block away.

"Peaceful culdesac nestled between trees and hills."

I lived right around the corner from here and had the pleasure of visiting a friends house here on multiple occasions. Not only are the homes nice, but so are the neighbors and the scenery. Trees line both sides of the street and the backyards border small hills. My friend would always tell me how nice his neighbors were and how it was the perfect place for her to get her homework done because of how peaceful it is.

"A nice street for anyone to live on"

Campanile Drive is a great street for anyone to live on. Houses closer to the El Cajon Blvd intersection are mostly inhabited by college students and this section can get a bit noisy. But, as you move down the street away from El Cajon it gets quieter and calmer. Many families and retired couples live here and they are very friendly.

"Great place for SDSU students"

This street is awesome to live on if you are a student attending San Diego State University. It is under 5 minutes walking distance from the school. Parties are always happening here because so many students live here. Maybe not the best place for families because of the noise and late hours of parties.

"Great for SDSU students"

I lived on this street for a little over a year and I have to say, it was pretty nice. It is located only a few blocks from San Diego State University, maybe a 5 minute walk. The neighbors on both sides and across from me were always very friendly and never complained about our parties being too loud. Great place to live while attending SDSU. It is conveniently close to the campus but just far enough to get some peace and quiet on weekdays.
