"Not the best street, an all-right neighborhood"
Living on this street was okay and I enjoyed attending the local school, PS #6 (J.W. Wakeman), which is one of the best public schools in Jersey City. However, there were roaches in my house and unfortunately, Beacon intersects Baldwin Ave. where I live and many trucks pass by, especially late at night. I had a lot of trouble going to sleep while I lived here, not only because I was so conscious of the pests, but because noise from the traffic was extremely annoying. Also, the neighborhood isn't very clean.
