Sylvan Drive is a very short street, about 2 blocks in distance. It runs straight into Lakeshore Elementary School which neighbors Lowell High School. This street is located in the Lakeshore district. It is fairly close to Lake Merced where many rowing races occur. It is close to Lakeshore Plaza which has your grocery store and other food places like Noah's and Baskin Robbins. On Sloat, it has the 23 line which takes you down to the beach or into St. Francis Wood. All houses on this street are typical sunset styled and are great for raising families, especially with the high school so close. There is two hour parking along this street due to the high school however you do get a parking pass if you establish residency there.
