"On 44th Street"

44th Street is a nice street in this classic section of Brooklyn. It is extremely similar to streets nearby, meaning that it is speckled with housing and restaurants and small service oriented businesses. I like this area of Brooklyn and think that it would be a nice place for people with families or people looking for a change of pace if you typically are a Manhattanite.
