"Place with a lot of services!!!"
This street is really urban. There a lot of restaurants like around almost every corner. There are also different types of services that help you with almost everything you can think of. All the stores, restaurants , and services are all near each other so you do not have to walk far to reach your destination. Overall one of the best urban street i have lived in all my life!!!!!!

"The best of urban living in San Diego"
4th Ave runs from the Southern edge of Mission Valley through Hillcrest, Banker's Hill, Downtown, the Gaslamp and ends at the waterfront Convention center. Most of the street is a great combination of restaurants and local services, along with office space and rental/owned housing. No matter where you are on 4th Ave, you're never more than a few blocks from whatever you may need!
