"One block on excitement!!!!"
If you have ever been to this street, you know in a three block radius you have two laundromats, a fire house, Mid Town police station a SCHOOL and plenty of restaurant/bodegas. The only one bad thing I see constantly on this block, as I grew up here, is the fact that the school is constantly closing down the block due to school buses, fire drills, and entertainment for the kids so driving around is something a pain. Also, due to the amount of school teachers working there, there is NEVER parking, unless you have a drive way.
