38th street consists mostly of houses, but the restaurant on the end of it, Angelo's Cafe Bar & Restaurant, is very good. It offers a great fun atmosphere, good food, at great prices. Other than this, there isn't much else to do on this street, as you might expect. Overall, though, Angelo's Cafe Bar & Restaurant is worth the drive.
