This neighborhood is full of new developing building and condominiums. This is also very close to the buses I would suggest this neighborhood if you are a single person working in the city or even for a young couple looking for a place to start. With new developments prices can tend to be less as they are trying to fill them quickly a perfect place for couples or singles with little money.
