"The Great Aim"
I love golfing. 15th Ave NE offers direct access to Jackson Park Golf Course. I can afford to gold there too! I spend quite a bit of time at the course on the weekends so I am pretty familiar with 15th Ave. Heading North from the Northgate way towards Jackson Park Golf Course the road is offers exceptional landscaping and amazing houses. The road north of Jackson Park was also repaved in 2007. As you head South on 15th Ave NE towards NE 125 Street the area becomes kind of "ghetto". I would not advise getting out of your car in this area after dusk.
