The area of and around 130th ave is well kept. The majority of the residents enjoy gardening and regularly keep up their home's curb appeal. The street and neighborhood is very quite and safe so you don't have to worry about being out too late. The only noise comes from the cars on 130th ave that exit off of the nearby highway. But, the traffic is not distracting and doesn't effect the safety of the area.This street is very kid friendly and you would often times see kids playing outside. the residents are friendly and would greet you as you walk by. This is a very good street and I would recommended it to families and couples starting a family.(It also has a very freindly family day care at a house on the street)
