"Great place for convenience and fun"
Close to a couple of parks, the community center, the airport and easy access to highways, 23rd Ave. SW in SeaTac is a great neighborhood with convenient amenities close by. The street has so many green trees, flowers and bushes, giving residents seclusion. The area is about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle and the home prices are more affordable than city living. Air traffic from the airport can be a bit distracting, but all of the homes are equipped with double- or triple-paned windows, blocking out the noise from inside. Aside from the planes, the area is incredibly quiet and a great place to raise a family or enjoy a quiet afternoon. Beaches, shopping, dining and grocery stores are close by in Burien, to the west and Tukwila, to the east. The area is conveniently located and a peaceful place to live.
