"Good for families, first-time home buyers, or seniors"
This is a quiet, dead-end street near a large, forested park with hiking trails. It is very, very safe, not pretentious, and full of people of mixed ages. I recommend it for first time homebuyers. But the schools in this city could do better, and the appreciation rates are numbed compared to neighboring towns or areas due to the stigma of Worcester, and the lack of easy accessibility out of the city from this side of town - all surface streets to get to the highway, which is miles away. Lack of upscale retail nearby. Neighbors are mostly working people.
