Not bad. Columbus Elementary School is supposed to be pretty decent. I don't really think of Wicker Park as being great for families or kids, but it's really good for young professionals, and many of them stay when they have kids, so the schools are good. I expect they'll get even better as more of the residents grow older and have kids.
