Does anyone know White Plains, NY really well? (White Plains address, Greenburgh School District)

We are thinking of moving to the neighborhood behind the Westchester County Center (County Center Road to be exact). What is that neighborhood like? Is there a sense of community? Is it safe? What kinds of people live there? Also this would be in the Greenburgh School District. Does anyone have any insights about those schools they could share with me? Thanks in advance for you help!
