"I don't want to move...but have to"

We have a beautiful view of the Hillsborough River. Rivercrest Park, which is a large scenic park with a great walking/running path, is only 2 blocks away. We have a very strong trio of neighborhood associations, who are committed to maintaining the historic bungalows of our area. This is so nice.
