"Needs to be repaved"

Bay Avenue definitely needs to be repaved. It’s covered with potholes in its entirety and eventually turns into a one way street. Bay Avenue is lined with little houses that are very old. It’s not a bad neighborhood as far as crime goes, but it could definitely use some improvements to its looks.
