West 15th St, Esther Short

When I was driving down West 15th street, I got the impression that the city of Vancouver had forgotten about it, as it was very dirty, and had only one restaurant on it. This restaurant is called Muchos Gracias Mexican Food, and there was no one there when I drove past, so I just kept driving. Overall, I would avoid this street, as there is simply no reason to visit it.
